We're dedicated to sharing our love of engineering
Our workshops answer questions like,
can I do engineering?
what do engineers really do?
through hands-on activities—from building real circuits to working with professional-grade
CAD tools and the latest AI
models—participants gain a true sense of what engineering is all about.
After engaging with real-world projects, engineering tools, and talking to experienced
professionals, participants
walk away more confident, inspired, and excited about their potential future in engineering.
Leadership Team
Andrew Barry, MIT Ph.D.
Founder
Andy fell in love with autonomous drones by
flying
them
for his Ph.D. at MIT. Andy has brought electronics and software workshops to over 10,000
students, from small helicopters to
sophisticated quadrupeds.
Pete Florence, MIT Ph.D.
Co-Founder
Pete flew drones of all sorts during his Ph.D. work at MIT. His planning and control work in
the
Robot Locomotion Group
pushed the horizons for faster, more agile, and more reliable drones. His award-winning
robot
manipulation
research is giving robots new abilities every day.
Robbie Kipp, Engineer
